Modwarfare and custom maps in cod4

Hi all. I have a problem and i can't find a solution. I play cod4 in LAN with another friend and use custom maps. The custom maps are stored in the folder usermaps. I load them only with modwarfare mod . When the server loads the first custom map the client (second pc) in the LAN loads it too and we can play together. When the server loads the second map the client is dowloading the map without ending eventhough the map exist in both pc's in usermaps folder. This is happening every time the server loads a second map. The only way to bypass this problem is for the server to exit the game completely, enter the game again and load the new map. As you see this is not practical at all. Do you have any ideas for this problem?
    Thanks in advance

Do both server and redirect have the same version of the map loaded? Check file size of the ff files and the iwd and make sure they are EXACT or else you will get the continuous download loop!

Both pc's have the same copy. If they were different the problem would occur even when the server would load the first map.
Let me say it differently. There are two maps, map1 and map2. When the server loads the first map the second pc loads the map.when the first map ends the server loads the second map. Then the second pc instead of loading the map2, it downloads it without ending. The server needs to exit the game completely, enter the game again and then load the second map (map2). When this happens the second pc loads the map2 and everything is ok. So it's not a matter of different size of map

Redirect isn't working for me. The problem isn't the downloading. My problem is why the second map is not loaded in the client (second pc) and the server must exit completely, re-enter the game and then load the second map to work. I have tried with frontlines mod and still nothing.

i know this is an old thread but we have had this issue for a long time, i wondered if anyone had the same issue and actually resolved it? what we have to do is end the game after the score and the host has to launch without mods, then launch with modwarfare again to start the server, otherwise people download the map - which actually never downlaods.

We play on LAN and every computer has the same maps in the usermaps folder (sync'd).

There's a very good tutorial HERE for LAN and redirect.
